The buying and selling of products is covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, a law protecting both the consumer (you) and the trader (us).
If you find a fault within the first 30 days of receiving your order the regulations state that we are obliged to issue a refund or a replacement. Here at Sign Art Pro we’re entirely confident in our personalised product range, so if a fault develops we are more than happy to extend this commitment to 60 days for the affected item.
If a personalised product is not faulty and is ‘as stated’ on the website, under the terms of the regulation we do not have to accept the return of the item (Section 28b).
