At Sign Art Pro, we are committed to ensuring that your custom signage is delivered quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below for a clear understanding of how we handle your orders.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer shipping and delivery across:

Luton
Bedford
Dunstable
Surrounding towns within a 30-mile radius

If you are located outside our standard delivery area, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

2. Delivery Charges

Free Standard Delivery on all orders above £50 (before VAT).
Orders below £50 will incur a flat-rate delivery fee of £4.99.
Additional charges may apply for bulky, oversized, or urgent deliveries. We will inform you of any such costs prior to dispatch.

3. Delivery Times

Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days from order confirmation, depending on product type and complexity.
Custom signage may require additional production time. We will provide an estimated delivery date upon finalizing your artwork/design.
Express or next-day delivery options may be available on request (subject to additional charges and production lead time).

4. Click & Collect (By Appointment Only)

You can also collect your order from our workshop at:

Please wait for a confirmation email or call before arriving for collection.

5. Delivery Partners

We use trusted local couriers and in-house delivery teams to ensure safe handling and timely arrival of your signage.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, we will attempt re-delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply for repeated failed attempts.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing parts:

Report it to us within 48 hours of receipt.
Include photos and a description of the issue.
We will assess and offer a suitable resolution, including replacement or repair where applicable.

8. Order Tracking

9. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped or collected within the UK.
